Bif is a strong, orange male Raydian and is a member of the Colour Underground. He has a tough personality and enjoys fighting the INKT Corporation and causing pain to its personnel, but he also has a caring side and is good friends with Blob and the rest of the Color Underground.

Bif evades capture from the INKT Corporation along with the Professor, Arty, and Zip. He gives Blob mission objectives that involve defeating groups of Inkies within a short time limit.
de Blob 2[]
Bif makes his first appearance at Comrade Black U to help with the uprising against Comrade Black after he rigs and wins the local election in Prisma City. Bif does still give Blob mission objectives once in a while, but most are now given from Pinky instead. Later, the Color Underground are caught by INKT and held hostage in the Prison Zoo, where Bif is forced to wear a pink tutu and is put into a cage above a pool of ink. He is the third of the group to be rescued from there by Blob. Blob then rescues the Professor, but because Prof is unable to get about without his hovering device, Bif has to carry him around on his back using a harness so that Prof can continue to give Blob mission objectives.
de Blob Revolution[]
Bif makes an appearance to represent the 'INKT Chase' levels. He often gives Blob encouragement when a level isn't played very well.
